These API Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the application programming interfaces (“APIs”) provided by WE ALIENS (“WE ALIENS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the APIs, you (“Developer”, “User”, or “You”) agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all APIs, developer tools, and related documentation provided by WE ALIENS for integration with third-party applications, platforms, or services.

1. License Grant

WE ALIENS grants the Developer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API solely for the purposes described in the associated documentation or service agreement.

The API may be used only in accordance with applicable documentation, usage limits, and restrictions.
The license does not grant any ownership rights to the API or underlying technology.

2. API Access and Security

Developers must keep all API keys, authentication credentials, and tokens secure and confidential.
Unauthorized access, sharing, or distribution of API credentials is prohibited.
WE ALIENS may suspend or revoke API access if suspicious activity, misuse, or breach of these Terms is detected.
Developers must comply with any rate limits, quotas, or restrictions specified in API documentation.

3. Acceptable Use

Developers agree not to use the API to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Interfere with or disrupt WE ALIENS services, networks, or servers
Engage in unauthorized data scraping or harvesting
Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the API
Share API access or credentials with unauthorized third parties

WE ALIENS reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access for any violation of these rules.

4. Data and Privacy

Data transmitted through the API may include personal information or business data.
Developers are responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy laws and data protection regulations, including GDPR or other applicable rules.
WE ALIENS may monitor API usage to ensure compliance, improve performance, and prevent abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the API, documentation, and related materials remain the property of WE ALIENS.
Developers may not claim ownership of the API or use it in a way that infringes WE ALIENS intellectual property rights.

6. API Modifications

WE ALIENS reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the API or any part of it at any time.
Notifications of significant changes will be provided through official channels, but WE ALIENS is not liable for any disruption caused by API modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WE ALIENS provides the API “as is” without warranties of any kind.
WE ALIENS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from API use.
Total liability is limited to any fees actually paid for the API service, if applicable.

8. Termination

WE ALIENS may terminate API access immediately if:

You violate these Terms

You fail to comply with payment terms, if applicable

Upon termination, Developers must cease all use of the API and delete any credentials or related materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which WE ALIENS operates. Any disputes arising from API usage shall be resolved under the applicable legal jurisdiction.
