This Software Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs how users may access, install, and use software, applications, and SaaS tools developed by WE ALIENS (“WE ALIENS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Policy applies to all software products, mobile apps, web applications, and SaaS solutions published or distributed by WE ALIENS, including those available on platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using WE ALIENS software, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. License Type

WE ALIENS grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under the following terms:

Personal License: The software may be used by an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial License: The software may be used for business purposes only if a commercial license is purchased or otherwise granted.
The license allows use of the software on permitted devices, for the purposes described in the official documentation or app store listing.

The license does not grant ownership of the software or its underlying code.

2. Restrictions

Users are prohibited from:

Copying, reproducing, or distributing the software outside permitted devices or platforms
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or algorithms
Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on the software
Reselling, sublicensing, renting, or leasing the software without prior written consent from WE ALIENS
Using the software for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
Removing, altering, or obscuring copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of license and legal action.

3. Ownership of Code

All intellectual property rights, including source code, designs, algorithms, and documentation, remain the property of WE ALIENS.
Users acquire only the limited rights granted under this license.
WE ALIENS reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Policy or any applicable license agreement.

4. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WE ALIENS provides its software “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
WE ALIENS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, inability to use, or reliance on the software.
Any liability of WE ALIENS is limited to the amount paid, if any, for the software license.

5. App Store & Platform Compliance

For software distributed via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store):

Users must comply with the terms and guidelines of the respective platform.
WE ALIENS may update, modify, or withdraw software from platforms at its discretion.
Users agree that platform rules (such as content, age restrictions, and device compatibility) may apply in addition to this Policy.

6. Updates and Termination

WE ALIENS may release updates, patches, or new versions of the software, which will be governed by this Policy.
WE ALIENS reserves the right to terminate or suspend licenses for violations of this Policy, misuse, or non-compliance with platform rules.
Upon termination, users must immediately stop using the software and delete all copies from their devices.
