By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms described in this policy unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances depending on the service provided and the stage of project completion.
Refund eligibility may apply in situations such as:
The project has not yet started and a cancellation request is submitted within the permitted cancellation timeframe.
A technical or operational issue occurs that prevents WE ALIENS from delivering the agreed service.
Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before substantial work has been completed.
If work has already begun, refunds may be issued only for the portion of services that have not yet been delivered.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of customized digital services, certain payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Non-refundable services may include:
Strategic planning and consultation sessions
Branding and creative concept development
Website or application design work already delivered
Custom software development in progress
Paid advertising budgets already allocated to advertising platforms
Digital marketing campaigns that have already been launched
Administrative fees, setup costs, and service initiation charges may also be non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Timeframes
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting written notice to WE ALIENS.
Typical cancellation guidelines include:
Before project start: Clients may request cancellation before project initiation, which may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on administrative costs.
During project execution: Cancellation requests submitted after work has begun may result in partial billing based on completed work and allocated resources.
Ongoing services: For monthly or retainer-based services, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 15–30 days prior to the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the upcoming service period.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a client has concerns regarding services, billing, or refund eligibility, WE ALIENS encourages direct communication to resolve the issue professionally.
Dispute resolution steps may include:
Submitting a written request outlining the concern.
Reviewing the project agreement, deliverables, and service records.
Attempting a mutually agreed resolution between the client and WE ALIENS.
If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, disputes may be handled according to the governing laws specified in the applicable service agreement or Terms & Conditions.
